在innovus工具中，fp过程中放置完IO后，顶层的pin会自动打在IO的PAD上，但是没有金属。导致在之后的route阶段会报出WARNING(NRIG-39) 和WARNING(NRDB-733).在StarXrc提取参数时会出现WARNING(SX-2399).请问如何解决上述问题？
WARNING(NRIG-39) nanoroute cannot route to pin * of net * because it might be a logical pin and does not have physical shapes. to fix the problem, check the pin connection in the netlist and ensure the pin shapes exist in the floorplan.
WARNING(NRDB-733) pin * in cell_view * does not have physical port.

WARNING: pin ‘*’ in the macro is not placed and virtual geometries are deriver. (SX-2399).

createPhysicalPin <port_name> -layer <layer> -rect <bbox>
setAttribute -net <port_name> -skip_routing true
