请问EMX中的proc file怎么编写啊？

Thanks, but there's only examples of process files in EMX. I need tsmc013 file. I have found proc file in tsmc013, but it is not suit to EMX directly.

如果有了工艺文件的话，把要用的工艺文件放在emxinterface下的processes文件夹，然后修改emxskill文件夹里面的emxconfig文件，将EMX_process_name改为你要用到的工艺文件（去掉前面的注释用的分号）。

谢谢回复，现在的问题是proc file如何去获取呢，PDK里没有能够直接使用的proc file

新版本好像支持ircx文件了，可以试试。
