smic 28nm怎么安装？

小白一个，刚刚装好cadence ic617,然后有个这样的文件，也不是论坛里的PDK，好像也是工艺库，这需要咋安装啊。
有没有大佬给小弟看看这个文件是干啥的，是怎么安装的 谢谢！！！

是不是要解压啊

These not PDK: they are standard cell libraries.PDK is for cadence IC package, to design with devices, scgematic and layout and verifications.

Standard cell libraries are for place and route of digital designs.

To install them , just unzip and untar them.
But you will need digital tools linke cadence innovus or genus or synopsys dc and icc tools to work with them.

Digital Library are used for digital circuit design.
Digital design is written to VHDL/Verilog code, then using the stdcells in these libraries, it is  syntheisze. to gates.
Then converted to digital layout.

For installing these libraries there should be (install) script that simply untar and unrar these files to a given folder.
