关于check tluplus的问题

最近使用smic 180工艺库，在使用ICC时，set tluplus_max以及tluplus_min,
tluplus max：smiclog018_6lm_cell_max.tluplus
tluplus min: smiclog018_6lm_cell_min.tluplus
tf files      :smic18_6lm.tf


                            图一、 itf  file

                         图二、tf file
自己写了一个map文件，如下：

#conducting layers
metal1 metal1
metal2 metal2
metal3 metal3         
metal4 metal4         
metal5 metal5         
metal6 metal6
poly poly
polyCont polyCont

#via layers
via1 via1
via2 via2      
via3 via3     
via4 via4     
via5 via5

但是 check_tlu_plus_files的时候，总是报一下错误：
Error: Layer "METAL1" (metal1) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)
Error: Layer "METAL2" (metal2) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)
Error: Layer "METAL3" (metal3) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)
Error: Layer "METAL4" (metal4) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)
Error: Layer "METAL5" (metal5) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)
Error: Layer "METAL6" (metal6) exists in the MW-tech but not in the mapping AND ITF file. (TLUP-001)
