Job Description:

1、Manage the activities of a team of 6 to8 design engineers, developing the SoCs for the IoT BU.  Set up, manage and evolve the design flow.

2、Manage and develop the teamcompetencies by recruiting, training, and coaching.

3、Manage the projects, assign resourcesand follow up progresses, manage priorities and lead times, manage theefficiency and delivery quality.

4、Technically participate in the fulldevelopment flow of the SoC products, including the digital IP, analog IP,design integration, backend flow, etc.

5、Set up, interface, and collaborate withthe IP providers, the design service providers, the back-end subcontractors,the foundry, and the package/test house, to guarantee the IP readiness,DFT/DFM, and overall delivery quality.

6、Participate in feasibility study,product specification and datasheet, product package, test, debug,verification, and characterization.

Job Requirement:

1、Must have solid experience in allphases of SoC development, including RTL coding, RTL simulation, integration,synthesis, STA, formal proof, design for testability (DFT), design formanufacture (DFM), and post-layout simulation.

2、Must have proven knowledge andexperience in microcontroller architecture, APB/AHB/AXI, ARM microcontrollers,especially in the Cortex-M cores.  RISC-Vcore knowledge is a plus.

3、Must have proven knowledge andexperience in digital IP design and verification.  Analog and mixed signal IP development andintegration experience is a big plus.

4、Preferred security IP and secureproduct experiences.

5、Must be very familiar with Cadence andSynopsis design tools.

6、Must have solid experience inmanagement of an embedded SoC design team. Must be proficient in project management.

7、Must have strong passion and competencyfor people management and motivation.

8、Must have the ability to communicateeffectively with multi-levels of internal and external interfaces.

9、Must be able to define new positionsdepending on the long-term objectives and to select the most effective profiles.

10、Must be a self-starter with the abilityto proactively propose technically competent solutions; must be result-orientedand have the skills to manage time efficiently.

11、Preferred multi-national company (MNC)working experience.

Languageskills:

Ÿ   English, fluent conversation, readingand writing

Ÿ   Chinese mandarin, native speaker

Relevantexperience:

Ÿ   Minimum 12-year experience in product(ASIC or Microcontroller) development

Ÿ   The experience as a design team manager

Qualifications:

Bachelorabove degree in Microelectronics or related major, Master above preferred
