模拟IC设计师（接受应届生  17-27w/年+股票期权）

一、岗位职责：
1. 参与新产品定义讨论，从系统定义提炼出电路设计指标；
2. 进行模拟电路设计、仿真，满足芯片定义指标，并支持芯片版图设计师完成版图设计；
3. 支持芯片测试和验证；
4. 支持芯片的系统应用测试；
5. 支持芯片可靠性测试；
6. 参与产品的调试和失效分析；
7. 整理总结项目及产品开发各个阶段的文档资料；
8. 积极回应客户的反馈，支持配合客户需求；
9. 密切关注和分析行业有竞争力芯片和相关技术发展趋势。

二、任职条件
1. 集成电路设计、微电子、电子信息技术等相关专业；
2. 有扎实的模拟集成电路知识基础，有良好的电子电路分析能力，熟悉模拟集成电路设计流程；
3. 能设计常见的模拟和混合电路，包括signal/power amplifiers, LDO, charge pumps, bootstrap, comparators, bandgap references等；有模拟集成电路设计项目开发和流片的实际经验；
4. 了解各种半导体器件的物理特性和版图要求；了解常见的工艺和设计问题；
5. 了解基本的开关电源电路拓扑；
6. 工作勤勉、诚实守信、身体健康。


电力电子应用工程师（接受应届生 13-18w/年+股票期权）

• 基本任职要求/Required Basic Qualifications:
  

1. 掌握扎实电路与功率转换拓扑； Solid knowledge of circuit and power converter topologies;
2. 熟悉功率半导体器件原理；Good understanding of semiconductor power devices;
3. 出色的实验动手能力与问题解决能力； Good lab skill and problem-solving ability;
4. 能运用电路原理图生成和PCB 布图工具；Being able to use schematic generation and PCB layout tools;
5. 具备MCU/DSP编程经验；/Experienced with microcontroller / DSP programming.
6. 至少为本科及以上学历；/ Must have a Bachelor or higher degree.

• 附加的优先条件/Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  

1.  具备宽禁带半导体器件知识及其应用经验； Having wide-bandgap device knowledge and application experience;
2.  具备AC/DC,DC/DC转换或电磁设计经验；Experienced with AC/DC, DC/DC converter and/or  magnetic design;
3. 精通数学分析、电路和电磁仿真工具；/Proficient in math analysis tools and circuit and magnet simulation tools;
4. 出色的人间交往能力；/Good interpersonal interaction skills;
5. 出色的沟通、表达、写作能力；/Good communication skills (written and presentation).

• 主要职责/Primary and Secondary Responsibilities:
  

1. 与资深器件工程师合作开发EVM和参考设计；/Work with senior engineers to develop EVM and reference design
2.  支持客户应用，且出差为客户提供现场技术支持；/Support customer application; be able to travel to provide field support.
3. 搜集现场应用中的问题和新的设计机会。Collect field problems and new design opportunities

2.  能够与器件和系统工程师紧密合作，并为终端客户提供解决方案和建议；/Ability to work closely with device and system engineers and provide solution and recommendation to end customers.
3.  能积极响应客户，并建立良好客户关系。Be proactive to approach customers and build up a good personal relationship.

1.  能够设置目标，并满足内外部的计划要求；/Be able to set goals and meet internal and external deadlines;
2. 能为客户提供技术性的公开讲解；/Deliver technical presentations to customers.
