如果你这个microns 是2000，那么def 值都得除以2000。然后你再看看你的制造grid是多少，如果是0.005，那么这些 (151973, 135299) 就都不对呀。
这种问题直接去查lefdef 的pdf，跟UG的pdf都在一个doc目录底下的。找grid的关键字。不要一出error就方。
