瞬态仿真，收敛方面出了error如何解决

瞬态仿真时遇到下面的问题，回路里有一个简易的OSC，schematic仿真没有问题，后仿抽出CC之后个别Corner就不行了（RCC更惨），出现了下面的错误，貌似是跟收敛有关。仿真会卡在一个时刻无法前进。
求助这个问题该怎么解决。


ERROR
(SPECTRE-16929): Cannot run the simulation because the step size value specified in the transient analysis is less than 20 as for 1000 steps.
Use the `max_consecutive_minstep' option to adjust the maximum number of allowed consecutive steps to be less than 10*MinStep and rerun the simulation

可能是因为初始状态随机，给系统外部电容加一个initial值试一下

提供几个办法，可以逐个试试。
1.用APS仿真的，把下方的后仿preset mode从default改为high precision analog。虽然现在cadence强烈推荐spectre X了，关键是这俩仿出来的结果不一样，不过大家还是都改为spectre X吧。

2.Explorer界面 simulation - options - analog - algorithm中
gmin 1e-12→1e-11
官方描述
Description
gmin (conductance) is added to each nonlinear branch of the device to prevent simulation non-convergence. Large gmin impacts accuracy of current probe, small gmin may cause circuit convergence issue. For circuit that is sensitive to leakage current, it is recommended to set gmin to a small value or zero.
The default is "1e-12".

ADE界面Options - Analog - Simulator Options - Main中
有cmin,gmin,iabstol,vabstol几个参数，cmin  0→0.1fF→1fF，gmin同上，iabstol 1e-12→1e-11，vabstol 1e-6→1e-5。后两个最好不动。

ICADVM当中只有gmin能调，其他三个都是灰色直接固定死到默认值。
ICADVM已经没有ADE X和XL了，将来IC619估计也会删掉这俩，虽然explorer很难用。

遇到同样的问题了

Setup->Simulation->Options->Analog and then on the Miscellaneous tab go to the Additional Arguments and enter max_minstep_nonconv=500 or whatever number you want
但是也不管用

检查你的osc output是否在衰减
