Job Description:

Ÿ   Developing Bench Validationand Characterization Plans, hardware and software.

Ÿ   Ensuring the ValidationHardware is able to accurately measure the AC and DC parameters of the DUTthrough designing of measurement methods and associated hardware, algorithmsand software.

Ÿ   Designing and Implementing variousAutomation methods for bench characterization.

Ÿ   Assisting design team indebug of the Silicon and supporting customer queries.

Ÿ   Engaging with the designteam to review and provide feedback on test coverage, testability and testoptimization.

Ÿ   Establishing correlation ofmeasured parameters with bench characterization and designed values.

Other responsibilities

Ÿ   Ability to collaborateeffectively with customers to solve their complete analog system requirementsutilizing XXXX chipsets.

Ÿ   Strong communication skillsand ability to proactively drive customer activity.

Ÿ   Ability to work with the Salesand FAE to develop a winning solution for the Customer.

Ÿ   Ability to work in teamsand collaborate effectively with people in different functions.

Ÿ   Ability to efficientlycontext – switch between multiple concurrent tasks.

Ÿ   Understanding the CustomerSystem to fine tune the performance of the device for the use case.

Job Requirement:

Ÿ   A technology-relatedbachelor's degree or equivalent training with minimum 3 years of relatedexperience.

Ÿ   Validation/Applicationsengineering or test and measurement (time and frequency domain) experience is aplus.

Ÿ   Strong fundamentals andgood knowledge of circuit analysis and design.

Ÿ   Familiarity with Schematiccapture and PCB design skills, circuit-level simulation tools.

Ÿ   Expertise with common labequipment such as power supplies, High Bandwidth Oscilloscopes, SpectrumAnalyzer, Phase Noise Meters, Frequency Counter etc.

Ÿ   Strong knowledge in power,mixed signal or Analog PCB design and debug including CAD interface.

Ÿ   Specific experience withHigh-speed Timing/RF/Power Management chipsets and the design of their test andmeasurement solution is a plus.

Ÿ   Hands on experience withPython/C/C++ is good to have.

Ÿ   Understanding of Transistorlevel circuit design is good to have for more involved chip debug and HardwareDesign.
