任职要求：
Qualifications:  
1.Bachelor of or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.  
2.More than 3 years of IC testing experience.  
3.Able to use PADS/PROTEL to design PCB.  
4.Solid experience in semiconductor power IC and familiar with ASL1K/ETS300 test platform is preferred.  


企业二：
任职要求：
1、有4-5人测试团队1年以上管理经验/
2、5年以上CP/FT测试开发项目经历，至少精通一种主流ATE机台测试程序开发，如Advantest或Teradyne的机台。
3、熟悉memory产品测试开发
