工艺库之前用AMS仿真一切正常，后来改用spectre仿真，发现电容不能使用，会出现如下错误，请各位大神支招小弟，不胜感谢！

Internal error found in spectre during AHDL read-in, in `crtmom':`C0', during hierarchy flattening, during circuit read-in.
Encountered a critical error during simulation. Submit a Service Request via Cadence Online Support, including the netlist, the Spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.
FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault.

Encountered a critical error during simulation. Submit a Service Request via Cadence Online Support, including the netlist, the Spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem.
FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault.

How to solve this problem thanks !
