以下是ADS的HELP文档原文:
Using Assura DRC Link
You can use Assura to check your layout against design rules by choosing the Assura DRC engine (an Assura rule file is required). You can use the link by selecting the DRC engine as Assura in DRC Dialog's option tab.
When you run Assura DRC from DRC Dialog, internally ADS exports your layout design to GDSII, creates a RSF input file and executes a design rule check using command line Assura. It further converts the Assura output, using avToGdsII (located inside Assura installation) into an internal format so that the errors are displayed in the ADS DRC results viewer.
ADS-Assura DRC Link runs in two modes: Local and Remote.
Local should be used if ADS and Assura are available on the same Linux machine. (It is not applicable for Windows).
Remote should be used if you are running ADS on a Windows or Linux mahcine, and have network access to Assura installed on a different Linux machine.
ADS-Assura DRC link is supported for Assura version 4.1 onwards.
ADS-Assura DRC link is supported only for the GDSII database, not supported for DFII database.
ADS-Assura DRC link is not supported on RHEL 7 and SUSE 12.
Running Assura DRC in Local Mode
To prepare your Linux machine:
Declare the ASSURA_LICENSE_FILE environment variable.
Declare the ASSURA_INSTALLATION_DIR environment variable. |
