求助etplan genPlan错误

smic 40nm工艺， ARM memory compiler，在genPlan的时候报错Error [GMNR00]: pg4_regf2_128x40.memelib(line 65): In MemoryTemplate(pg4_regf2_128x40):

hysicalAddressMap equation 'ColumnAddress[0]' cannot be specified as there is no ColumAddress in the memory.

感觉是.memelib文件出错，求助如何解决，ETChecker阶段并没有报错

mem model的lvlib有问题吧

lvlib写错了吧可能是这个memory没有colume addres而你在lvlib中设置了colume addres为一位的

memlib是用ARM Memory compiler生成的，不是自己写的，工具里面并没有地址相关设置
