2. Phase of choppers clock (fch). Second and third choppers (in cascode stages) should be 180 degrees out of phase from the first chopper.
3. Notch filter clock (fs) should be the same frequency as chopper clocks, but 90 degree delayed from chopper clock. So chopping ripples on node V1 is smooth out. fs and fch should be larger than input signal frequency.
4. V1 should be sine wave (assuming input is sine wave) with chopping ripples (square waves at higher frequency)
