工作职责：

1. 产品应用的需求调研和分析工作，参与芯片的需求分析，撰写相关技术开发文档，

2. 管理团队完成SoC芯片的性能、功能测试。管理AE团队的工作。

3. 管理团队完成SoC芯片的封装、CP测试、FT测试等环节。管理运营团队的工作。

4. 负责公司软件管理工作与流程管理，产品的质量管理；管理软件团队的工作。

5. 带领团队做好客户的技术支持工作，管理FAE团队的工作。

技能要求：

1. 具有管理SoC芯片量产的经验

2. 熟悉ARM等CPU的嵌入式软件开发。

3. 熟悉无线通讯产品的工作原理，及相关的测试流程。

4. 精通芯片的运营管理流程。

5. 精通客户技术支持管理系统的流程。

6. 具有良好的沟通能力；
