Job Description:

1.
Lead daily accounting processes and ensure company’s accounting policies/procedures are executed correctly and efficiently

2.
Day to day management of GL and AP team and ensure the team are deployed in accordance with operational standards

3.
Oversee efficient and accurate closure of month end accounts

4.
Monitor performance of team, set clearly defined performance objectives

5.
Manage appropriate accounting treatment, set technical accounting guidance and co-ordinate consolidation across all legal entities if required

6.
Manage tax matters relating to multiple entities and branch offices, interact with the tax authorities

7.
Key liaison with auditors, ensure all financial controls and processes are compliant throughout the business.

Job Requirement:

1.
Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance related major

2.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certificates

3.
Minimum of 3 years management experience in a similar position

4.
Strong background in management of finance operations environment, and experience of delivering a continuous improvement agenda

5.
Accurately able to communicate with senior stakeholders and management team

6.
Very strong command of motivation and team building techniques, manage team members effectively

7.
Good Command of SAP, Oracle or other ERP system, MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

8.
Target and results driven
