thanks, this is a good book, Japanese is very good in crystal growing, I have also read a book by Fumio Shimura: Semiconductor Silicon Crystal Technology, if you have this book, please share.

Im also looking for this book: Semiconductor Measurement and Intrumentation. by Runyan and Shaffner.

I suggest to a group in EETOP : Semiconductor Device and Technology.
