calibre 进行LVS的时候版图器件不能识别

简单的逻辑电路进行LVS，看结果，原理图中的器件都正确识别了，而版图中的器件没有被识别。PIPO.LOG

   感觉你应该和我遇到同一类型问题了，能发一下你的calibre设置吗？input、lvs option这些的

   你用的是tsmc的什么工艺？听说小于20nm的工艺都是finFET，layout和以前的planar的画法有点不太一样。

问问领导是不是还有别的文件需要加载在一起，有的 rule不全，器件在rule里面没有定义。
