如何运行skill脚本

在CIW 里面输入 load “test.il”，如果有写函数，在load 之后还是在CIW里输入函数名 you_prodedure( )去执行

多数手动操作都有对应的脚本实现.所以可以用脚本代替很多重复操作,提高效率.

I cannot agree more. If you know SKILL more, then you see the schematic and layout (design database) in a totally different way (imagining Neo seeing the agents as the green digital flow in "The Matrix"

)

You can do a lot of automation in schematic, ADEXL, layout etc. Which can dramatically save you a lot of time.
And you can even create your own calculator expressions for post process.

If you just want to use by your self, then you do not need to know much about the "form(GUI)". Otherwise your work will be doubled for wrapping your code with GUI for others.

Anyway, the effort spent on SKILL will definitely being paid back. As far as you getting families with coding, then linux script, verilog/a/ms, UVM is not a big barrier for you. All of these will help you for work efficiency and broaden your career path.
