长江存储科技有限公司上海分公司坐落在浦东新区张江张东路1387号（科技领袖之都）。公司致力于3D NAND flash产品的研发，同时也兼顾eMMC, UFS, SSD产品的开发和验证。 由于业务发展需要，现诚聘产品工程师岗位。 工作职责: 1) Owner of data sheet verification, product validation, characterization, qualification and system validation 2) Define flash validation, characterization, qualification and mass production test methodologies 3) Define flash test modes for DFT, DFM. 4) Be responsible of memory product test program development and validation on varies test platforms. Ensure delivery of test program in time. 5) Be responsible for test failure analysis and i***estigation of customer device/application issue during both product development and mass manufacturing period. 6) Identify device internal failure mechanism through electrical failure analysis. 7) Feedback product issues to designers and process engineers 8) Support validation hardware development with HW engineers and test platform co***ersion during mass production 9) Support AE and customer to enable product on their platform 10) Work with assembly team or CM to reduce assemble defect to improve class yield 11) Support factory automation 任职资格: 1) Any science and engineering related majors, master degree is preferred. 2) C/C++/ATL/APG and other coding capabilities. 3) Experienced on memory ATE test program development. 4) Understand flash product feature, performance, reliability indicators 5) Understand flash operation algorithms 6) Capable of flash process and design defect identification through electrical testing 7) Capable of statistical data analysis and data mining 8) Fluent English communication is a plus. 入职后部门会提供全面的技能培训，欢迎有测试经验的同学加入，为中国自主存储器产品的开发贡献力量。 有意者请将简历发送到邮箱： Tonie_Jing@ymtc.com 或者 hapblade007@163.com 此贴是用人部门直接招聘，简历合格者会及时的通知面试，真诚期待您的加入！
