Vth_gm=Vgmax-Id/gm(max)-Vd/2"

It seems there should be no "-Vd/2" in that equation ?

For short channel length device, channel length modulation effect appear.
vds should be took into consideration. So there should be '- vds/2'.

hello 我也想问一下这个问题，我用measure tran vth0 find lv9想测vth值，但是输出说failed
