gds stream in 时报warning，怎么回事？

stream in 时报warning，这个gds是不是有什么问题。有人碰到过吗？

WARNING (479): The path end segments at location (86350, 114490) in cell tfold_f5111 on layer 10 is less than half of path width 1100. The path would be created with the dimensions in Stream file. To resolve this, fix the source from which the Stream file is generated and then run the translator again with the new Stream File.

可以忽略的警告，path的长度比宽度小

找到报错的那个坐标位置，你那个位置的线是不是用path走的线，如果是的话，可能是这个问题，尽量不要用path画线

报错坐标位置的path长度比宽度的一半还短，可以把path拉长或者不用path

卡利博 中 有一個設定 遇到這種情形 會停止驗證 LVS
就是說 有些軟體 讀資料時會有問題

其实用path也没有问题关键是你在拐弯的地方停止了，原来的删除，从path结束的位置往回重新画下就好了，不改没关系。
