Accountabilities:

1、Technical Analysis of various endequipment within the space of Appliances and Power Tools market

·Tear down analysis;

·Development of system block diagrams and alignment with product lines forproduct recommendations;

·Determination of state-of-the-art solutions in now-a-days end products;

·Identification of areas for differentiation and technical improvement.

2、Definition of Designs (ReferenceDesigns)

·Identification of typical customer design challenges;

·Understanding of most important customer ‘care-abouts’;

·Identification of best solution out of entire SC product portfolio;

·Creating sub-system specification and test plan to enable actual design;

·Handholding and review of Design execution, including its documentation;

3、Trainings / Presentations

·Development of ‘enabling’ trainingmaterial. Breaking complex matters into easy to understand presentations thatenable the field staff to sell the value of ours semiconductor products withoutthe need to become an expert.

Requirements:

1、Master level's degree in electricalengineering；

2、8+years of work experience；

3、Knowledge of schematic design entry,circuit simulation, PCB Layout and signal integrity；

4、broad technical knowledge of ideally allelectric aspects of Appliances systems: motor control, power supply, batterymanagement, HMI, sensors, connectivity – Hardware & Software；

5、Should be actively involved inelectronics hardware design and development for minimum 5 years；

6、Strong analytical thinking andwillingness to learn；

7、Passion for electronics andinnovation, yet entrepreneurial thinking；

8、Writing and presentation skills；

9、Experienced in customer interaction；

10、Very good oral and written Englishcommunication skills；

11、Willingness for international travel；

12、Ability to work in multinational andmulti-site teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions；

13、Strong time management skills thatenable on-time project delivery；

14、Ability to take the initiative anddrive for results；

15、Ability to work effectively in afast-paced and rapidly changing environment。
