安装IC617，打开RVE时显示RVE server socket has not been initialized，然后看.bashrc文件里面说可以这样设置：

# 9199 for schematic and 9189 for layout) in the form of host:port

这个应该怎么加进去呢？把9199给schematic，把9189给layout?
