模拟IC设计经理（DC-DC）-上海 成都 武汉 西安 深圳
Summary Job Description:
• Analog and mixed signal product development
• Mainly focus on power management IC, such as battery charger, Buck/Boost DCDC or PMIC.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Involved from spec to release production
•        Have the capability to define IC architecture, work with team to delivery compliant silicon according to specification with 0 defection product.
•        Planning aggressive and predictable design schedule and well control.
•        Supervise Layout and evaluation in power management products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
• MSEE with minimum 8 years+ analog design, 3 years+ team leader or manager is better.
• Proven capability with successful design by aggressive cycle time.
• Professional in analog and mixed signal products, power management IC is required
• Strong layout experience and ESD/Latch up are required
• High degree of autonomy and strong team work and motivate skills.
• Proficient in English writing and speaking
