Responsibilities:

1.
Tobe part of the integration team in developing or transferring new processes tothe fab

2.
Developcustom or derivative processes to meet customer needs

3.
RunDOE to optimize/improve process margin and determine process & ETspecifications

4.
Identifyand resolve process integration issues & ET related problems

5.
Identifyyield opportunities and set preliminary yield targets

6.
Workwith Module Integration to ensure optimal tool and module convergence

7.
Liaisewith Customer Engineers to resolve customers’ technical & yield concerns

Requirements:

1.
PhD/Masters/Degreein Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronics/Chemical Engineering/Physics/Material Science or related field

2.
Atleast 3 to 7 years relevant fab experience. 3~5 yrs (SrEngr), 5~7yrs(PrinEngr), 7yrs & above (MTS)

3.
Goodinterpersonal and effective communication skill

4.
Stronganalytical & problem solving skill

5.
Ableto perform under fast paced and challenging environment

6.
Minimum English CET-4 level. Good command ofEnglish both in written and spoken.
