Responsibilities:

1.
Toprovide technical leadership to optimize equipment capability, quality, andutilization through CIP to meet Module goals；

2.
Ableto coach Engineers in performing hardware trouble shooting；

3.
EstablishPreventive Maintenance (PM) plans for all equipment and optimize PM forquality, cost, and productivity；

4.
Liaisewith vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve equipment performance；

5.
Initiatemeeting with both process and manufacturing Engineers to ensure work is carriedout efficiently to meet module objectives；

6.
Managenew equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hookup, vendorstartup, to acceptance of equipment for production；

7.
Implementequipment improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency, cost reductionand improve reliability of equipment。

Requirements:

1.
Degreeor Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics /Microelectronics or equivalent qualification；

2.
Atleast 2 years of related experience in wafer fabrication. 3~5yrs(SrEngr),5~7yrs(PrinEng), 7yrs & above (MTS)；

3.
Goodcommunication & interpersonal skills；

4.
Highlogical thinking and integrity；

5.
Excellentteam player and strong leadership qualities；

6.
Minimum English CET-4 level. Good command ofEnglish both in written and spoken.
