招聘职位：（高级）BSP工程师

Key tasksand responsibilities:

1.
Responsible for development, debugging, andmaintenance of Android device drivers in at least one or more of these areas:bootloader, security, trustzone, fingerprint, charging, display/touch, sensors,connectivity (wifi/bt/NFC,etc.) factory SW etc.

2.
Work with other teams in related areas(HW,Kernel,etc.) to ensure the overall device quality in both functional andnon-functional aspects.

3.
Use your experiences/skills to contribute tothe success of your entire team via peer review (design/code), coaching,knowledge/experiences sharing, etc.

4.
Proactively work with project members from allrelevant areas/ functional teams to understand, analyze, and agree on:functional/non-functional requirements, technical and schedule dependencies,etc. to ensure/contribute to overall project successes .

Qualifications:

1.
minimum 2 years of Linux device driverdevelopment experiences.

2.
familiar with Android/Linux or other embeddedsystems.

3.
familiar with HW related debugging tools(trace32, oscilloscope, etc.).

4.
good communication skills.

5.
English skills (both oral and written) in amulti-launguage/culture environment.

6.
Quick learner, and self-motivated in a fastpaced environment.

(Sr.) System Engineer（高级）系统工程师

Key tasks and responsibilities:
•
Analyze,debug, and resolve system level issues related to performance, stability, powerconsumption, thermal•
Workwith/coordinate all related teams (sw dev, testing,HW, etc.) to ensure allsystem issues are resolved•
Track andmanage all system level requirements and issue resolutions to ensure theoverall project success with high quality and on schedule。

Qualifications:
•
Minimum 5years of embedded sw design and development experiences on Android, embeddedLinux。
•
in-depthunderstanding and knowledge with Android system architecture。
•
Proventrack records of Android system issues debugging and resolving。
•
Team work,and excellent communication skills。
