1.Senior Software Engineer – Fast Spice（C++软件开发）

Position Description:

-Lead SFE team in technique side todevelop, enhance and maintain SFE and database for circuit simulator.

Position Requirements:

-Strong C++ programming and familiaritywith development under Linux/Unix environment.

-Knowledgeable at principles of compiler,Familiar with Lex/yacc or other lexical/syntax analyzers.

-Familiarity with Spice netlist format,circuit simulation knowledge and EDA experience would be a good advantage.

-Proficiency with linux/unix tools.

-Skills in one or more of script such asPython, Perl.

-Familiar with build and version-controlsystems.

-Excellent communications skills to workwith team or across tems.

-Ability to take high level requirementsfrom customers and break them down into engineering specifications

-Good English communication skill bothverbally and writing.

-CS or EE Masters/Ph.D degree or abovewith 4+ year work experience

2. Senior Software Engineer - SPICE（C++软件开发）

Position Description:

-The position is for analog circuitsimulation engineer responsible for designing, implementing and maintainingSPICE-like circuit simulation software. The engineer will be responsible forleading multiple development efforts through the development process, includingwriting specifications, designing and implementing product improvements andfixes. The engineer must have a proven ability to learn from work and work witha cross-functional team to deliver innovative products.

Position Requirements:

-Skilled in C/C++ programming, familiarwith development under Linux/Unix environment.

-Or be familiar with Analog-signaldesign.

-Or be familiar with semiconductordevice.

-Or be familiar with numerical methods.

-Good English communication skill bothverbally and writing.

-Good problem solving skill and team workspirit.

3.Senior Product Engineer – ADE PE （模拟电路设计）

Position Description:

-The Product Engineer will be a TechnicalEvangelist for our Analog Design Environment (ADE) tools which provide apowerful interactive environment for configuring and managing custom analog, RFand mixed signal circuit design and simulation. Cadence has recently releasedthe next generation of ADE tools, so this is an excellent opportunity tocontribute during the initial product launch and adoption cycle.

-The key job function will be toarticulate and demonstrate the technical advantages and capabilities of oursolution to our leading customers. The position will involve working withcustomers and internal application engineers to provide next level expertisefor customer issues and help resolve problems in a timely manner. In additionto engaging with customers, this role will also hold responsibility for being acustomer advocate with our R&D group to suggest and create productimprovement ideas and new solutions based on customer needs and concerns. Theideal candidate is a self-starter who is deeply motivated to improve the stateof design methodologies used in custom design.

Position Requirements:

-Strong communication skills.

-Experience with analog and/or mixedsignal design from either a circuit design or CAD (tool flow) position.

-Experience with Cadence Analog DesignEnvironment.

-Basic knowledge of SKILL and shellprogramming desirable.

-Knowledge of commercial DRMS tools aplus (for example, LSF, SGE).

-Knowledge of MATLAB tools and languageis a plus.

-BSEE; MSEE preferred.

4. Product Validation Engineer – CharacterizationPV（产品验证）

Position Description:

-This position willbe responsible on testing and validating library characterization tools for usewith standard cells, memory and macro blocks, and IO cells etc.

Position Requirements:

-Have two or more years of experiences inEDA software.

-Have a good understanding of librarycharacterization, static timing analysis, or signal integrity analysis flows.

-Knowledge on semiconductor device isstrong plus.

-Experience with SPICE or SPICE-likecircuit simulation is important.

-Knowledge of Verilog and VHDL is alsohighly desirable.

-Experience in scripting language likePerl, Tcl, or CSH is a plus

-Teamwork and good communication skills.

-Fluent in written and spoken English isa must.

-MS in Microelectronics, EE, or relevantwith 3+ or Dr. with 1+ year work experience.
