Responsibilities:

Ø
Master Sales and operation data and makethorough analysis to contribute to Greater China’s financial performance,operating efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ø
Collaborate with business teams toimplement strategic business plan, support business operations activities andproject management of strategic initiatives.

Ø
Work closely with business teams andstakeholders to identify, develop and implement opportunities to achievebusiness goals and improve business performance.

Ø
Assist GM to align the business directionand monitor the whole process to ensure the deliveries.

Ø
Identify opportunities in optimizingworking efficiencies and able to work out feasible improvement plans.

Ø
Responsible for the forecast, weeklyreport, match supply and demand, chase capacity from fab, also support accountmanager to chase purchase order.

Ø
Build operating matrix, identify and buildsales pipeline and keep trade sales funnel in salesforce.

Requirements:

Ø
Degree in Business or Engineering, masterpreferred

Ø
Minimum 10 years of work experience inSales Operations, Business Operations or related fields

Ø
Semiconductor, high-tech or manufacturingindustry experience

Ø
Consultancy experience highly preferred

Ø
Very analytical to drive toward concreteand measurable results

Ø
Action and result oriented, go-getter takeinitiative and self-motivated

Ø
Skilled in relationship management andability to influence and get others to take actions

Ø
Excellent MS office skills with outstandingpresentation capability

Ø
Good project management skills and able todrive the senior stakeholders

Ø
Ability to work in a highly dynamicenvironment

Ø
Fluent Chinese and English
