Description

As a ValidationDesigner at Micron's NAND design team, you will work in a highly innovative andmotivated design team using state of the art memory technologies to developFlash product.

You willparticipate in VLSI circuit design and verification in the circuit areas. Aspart of a multi-disciplinary team, you will participate in developingdigital/analog mix-signal verification methodology for Flash products anddesign and implementation of mix-signal design verification environment aswell. As an important part of responsibility, you will develop and maintaintest benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.

Requirements

-Must possessgood communication skills and ability to work well in a team

-Familiar with SystemVerilog ,Verilog or VHDL

-Basicunderstanding of CMOS circuit design

-Familiar withanalog/digital or mix-signal simulator, ie. modelsim, XA etc

-Experience inSV and SVA coding preferred

-Experience incomplex IC verification and/or IC design preferred

-Familiar withUnix platform, perl and tcl programming skill is a plus

-Previous workexperience in Flash memory related fields is a plus

-Englishlanguage skill in writing and speaking is a plus

Education

BS or MS inElectrical Engineering is required
