工作职责:
1、负责公司薪酬福利体系的设计与搭建,设计符合公司运营的合理化薪酬机制;
2、负责人力成本的预算与核算,每月上报人员工资性收入的成本费用情况报决策分析、参考;
3、监管公司薪酬福利的计算与发放,工资总额、社保、公积金基数年度审计与申报管理工作与执行检核且无差错。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,5年薪酬经验,其中至少2年薪酬管理经验;
2、熟悉薪酬福利保险等方面的法律法规;
3、为人正直,忠诚守信,工作严谨,保密性强;
4、善于进行数据分析;
5、具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
