The candidate is expected to operate well in a team environment, is a team player, and demonstrates a high degree of motivation regarding image quality. He/she should be able to easily formulate their areas of concern, sharing this in a group environment. Communication skills are required to be strong in order to allow for close integration with other team members. An ideal candidate should have a demonstrable capacity to learn and be self-motivated. It is also expected that the candidate should be a hands on problem solving individual.

English language comprehension, both written and oral is a requirement. The successful candidate should have at minimum completed a University level bachelor program, but a masters or PhD is also highly valued.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
1. BS-CS/BS-EE with at least 7 years' experience or MS with at least 5 years' experience in multimedia domain
2. Strong experience on C/C++/Matlab language with demonstrable C/C++/Matlab programming skills
3. Familiar with algorithms of video / image processing
4. Strong multimedia/video/camera related system level knowledge and experience
5. xperience on camera /ISP software, firmware or algorithm design is preferred
6. Strong individual analysis, problem solving skills and teamwork attitude
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English
8. Experience of working with multi-site teams is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1.Design and implement image processor related algorithm and firmware solutions for new product
2. Closely interact with asic design team in new feature definition and bring up for future generation product
3. Participate image processor architecture definition, deliver algorithm model/specification and analyze feasibility of technical and architectures
4. Participate in image senor tuning methodology development, improve customer satisfaction and image quality by solving technical problems, customer support and deliver optimization
5. Collaborate and interface with local and global management, development and test teams to deliver a complete product solution
6. Regular communication via Audio/Video conference with global teams
7. Accountable on time delivery of deliverables
