plotting gm/id graphs....

Hi guys, i want to plot graphs for gm/id methodology ex. id/w vs vgs , id/(w/l) vs gm/id etc for my project . Anyone who can plot this in IC616 .please share this with me through pdf or any doc. I am ready to pay cells.
