Position Requirements:

ü
BS/MS plus 5+ years experiencein Library characterization with knowledge of Tcl, Shell Scripting (sh, csh,AWK etc.) and excellent communication skills.  

ü
Detailed knowledge of Liberty  Librarydata formats (NLM, CCS and ECSM) and transistor level (spice) simulation isrequired for this position.

ü
Familiarity with static timinganalysis is desired.  

Prefer candidates with experience in:

ü
Transistor circuit simulationand analysis using Spectre, Finesim, and/or Hspice

ü
Memory simulation and analysisusing Spectre_XPS, Finesim_Pro and/or XA

ü
Static timing, signal integrityand power analysis tools (Tempus/ETS/Voltus/PrimeTime/PT-PX),

ü
Standard cell, and IO/IPcharacterization and validation

ü
Digital Design

ü
Mixed signal design withknowledge of virtuoso ADE

ü
Design and simulation of largemixed signal blocks such as PLL, SERDES, DAC, ADC.

ü
Memory design andcharacterization

ü
Statistical variationsimulation and modeling (Monte Carlo analysis) including LVF and AOCV
