1. 熟悉无线通讯领域；

2. 进行GaAs, pHEMT, CMOS或SOI工艺无线通讯的射频芯片产品的设计，仿真，版图后仿真；

3. 跟进所负责设计的芯片测试。

岗位要求：

1. 电子工程硕士学位，至少3年的相关工作经验包括研究生期间项目；

2. 熟悉无线通信集成电路设计，在PA， LNA，MIXER，或VCO电路设计有多次流片经验；有板级或模块级设计经验者优先。

3. 要求有CMOS模拟混合信号IC设计经验，包括模拟滤波器，可变增益放大器，直流偏移消除，工艺和温度校准，带隙等电路设计的相关知识，有ESD和电源管理设计者优先；

4. 掌握相关的EDA工具使用：如Cadence，ADS， HFSS电路设计环境、版图设计及电磁仿真的经验；

5. 有RFIC版图设计经验及相关测试经验；

6. 自我激励，良好的团队合作意识。

1.Work in design and development of COMSpower amplifier and RF switch for WiFi or Bluetooth.

2.Provide technical support for customers,while conducting tests, solve problems and improve and provide samples withquick turn over.

3.Prioritize and schedule multiple tasks invarious projects and resolve conflicts.

任职资格

1. 3-5 year's of 3G/4G/WiFi linear CMOSpower amplifier design experience

2. Mass production experience of linear PAin 65/40nm CMOS process

3. Passive device EM modeling skill withADS/HFSS/EMX tools

4. System level simulation skill for PAmodulated signal performance verification

5. Master's degree or above in ElectricalEngineering or related discipline.
