MSEE with 10+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal ICdevelopment or PHD degree with5+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signalIC development.

Ø
The successful candidate will be involved in definition, design,simulation, layout supervision, characterization and release to production ofhigh-performance state of the art integrated circuits used in power management,digital/ analog/ mixed-signal circuits. CMOS wafer processing. Productqualification. Segmentation capabilities including ATE correlation. Proficiencyin statistical data analysis. Familiarity with yield management tools.Experience driving multi-disciplinary teams to resolve complex problems。

Ø
Define new products based on customer/market needs. Translateproduct proposals into initial objective specifications that can be used todesign products. Work with the design team composed of business management,design, applications, test, and product engineering to create the product.Understanding of control theory, system design, circuit design, power switchdesign is essential.

Ø
A good working knowledge of high voltage BCD, CMOS and BiCMOStechnologies/Physics plus hands-on design experience with BiCMOS/CMOSmixed-voltage custom circuit designs, specifically including the following

High voltage drivers(Buck and/or boost switching regulator, batterymanagement or power control systems, High current rail to rail CMOS op-amps).

Ø
Good working knowledge in the following areas(Bandgaps andreferences, Charge Pumps, LDO’s, DC to DC Controllers, SwitchingRegulators,  BJT Design experience, High voltage experience is a bonus(60V)

Create transistor level designs of circuits to meet specifications

Ø
Verify designs using circuit-level and behavioral-level simulations

Ø
Supervise circuit layout

Ø
Write circuit documentation

Ø
Validate circuit performance in the lab

Ø
Lead project teams independently

Ø
Complete complex projects on schedule

Ø
Negotiate with internal & external customers to prioritizeprojects and needs

Ø
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedbackduring and after projects are complete

Ø
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ø
Must possess strong intuitive and analytical understanding oftransistor-level design, stability and noise analysis

Must understand placement and layout issues with respect tomixed-signal IC design.
