Description

Responsibilities:

1、Optimizing xxx platform specific components (Linux kernel, Network and Storage controller drivers, libraries optimized for ThunderX platform, optimizing algorithms with SIMD instructions etc.) but will also include identifying bottlenecks and tune customer benchmarks directly；

2、 Establish best practices for applying lessons learnt and optimizations done for a specific customer to all future customer engagements；

3、Participation in the open source communities of various projects to influence design enhancements that benefit xxx platforms.

Requirements:  

1、8+ years of experience with workload profiling and optimization；

2、Experience in developing and optimizing Software for the Server and Networking Software；

3、Deep experience with Linux kernel development, especially Storage and Networking subsystems；

4、Outstanding attention to detail and ability to root cause problems quickly.

Preferred/Plus:

1、Experience with 64 ARMv8 processors a huge plus；

2、Experience with C++, Java, Python a huge plus；

3、Fluency in Mandarin a huge plus.
