Requirements:

- With strong software background.

- Well understanding of software algorithms and datastructure

- Good at a Programming language (e.g. C++)

- Good at Script language Programming, Ruby is a big plus

- Good at program performance analysis/optimization is aplus

- Familiar with both Linux and Windows platform programming

- Experience in automation tool development is a plus

- Familiar with IP/SOC verification framework is a plus (SystemC,transaction-level modeling)

Responsibilities:

- improve the IP development productivity with dataabstraction and automation, develop the tool with state-of-the-art   programmingskill

- improve run-time performance for the tools

- as technique leader, mentor and lead junior engineers

- communicate with NA team to deliver high-qualityverification framework
