This position is based in BeijingThe company we are recruiting for is a world famous anolog design company

to be a qualified candidate, you need:

1.
MSEE or higher;equivalent degree/experience acceptable，8 around years in CMOSmixed-signal/analog circuits design;

2.
Strong knowledge ofanalog and mixed-signal IC design with a good understanding of the basic analogmodules like Bandgap, AD/DA,PLL,EQ,Mixer,LNA;

3.
Deeplyunderstanding on high speed circuit design, hands-on experience in high speedconverter, RF, or serdes production is preferred;

4.
Strong knowledge ofadvanced deep sub-micron process, tape-out experiences inadvanced deep sub-micron(65nm/40nm/28nm) technology nodes are preferred.

5.
Basic knowledgeabout the digital design, top level integration/verification experience ispreferred;

6.
Strongcommunication skills to interface with the engineers at different sites will berequired.

7.  Team management andcross-site project collaboration experience is preferred
