we need is really a project manager toensure a smooth execution of the custom ASIC project. In this project, front-endis done by customer, and back-end is done by India team.

This program manager should:

•Solidexperience in ASIC design, especially back-end.

•Manageoverall project execution.

•Contactwindow between customer frond end design team and  back end design team inUS and India.

•Monitorexecution of each milestone, deliverables. Design risk control.

•Leadweekly call between customer China front end design team and back-end designteam from US and India
