JobDescription

- Be responsible for packaged flash memorytest program development, units failure analysis and device issue debug

- Be responsible for NAND Product andPackage Qual / Rel tests setup / eFA / Action Plan.

- Providing correct test condition for thememory product and generate defined test flow for volume testing needs

- Product Evaluation DOE for Rel / DPPMimprovement and D/S and KGD Sort Yield improvement.

- Run the test time analysis to get alowest cost test method in order to reach short test time and high testingcoverage

- Define / improve testing method to dealwith new product introduced to mass production and marketing

- Deliver a world class throughput time onthe testing code development to reach the most effective way of sample deliveryTPT (ThroughPut Time)

- Work with multinational team to completeassigned projects in PDT (product development team) required time.

JobQualifications

- Electrical Engineering background with BSdegree needs 5-8 years experiences on memory testing

- Familiar with most advanced developmenttest program: ATL or wafer level test program coding

- Have knowledge on NOR/NAND or RAM testing

- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complexproblems, multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Excellent English communication (writtenand verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Good team work, willing to learn, logicalthinking and pressure taken

- Good communication skills

System Engineering Manager – SSD（固态硬盘）

Responsibilities:

? Provide system engineering leadership tolink system test, hardware, software, firmware, quality, FA, mechanical,electrical, and product engineering aspects of Solid-Disk-Drive manufacturing.

? Manage and provides technical guidance toproduct engineering, MFG test, FA and EMS management teams in China.

? Drive test process improvement, Yieldimprovement, hold lot disposition, cost reduction, capacity improvement, MRBmaterial disposition, failure analysis on low yield lots, qualification fail,QC fail, and RMA return

? Work closely with corporate R&D teamand CM to ensure smooth product transition

? Provide support to assembly &packaging engineering to identify process yield issues

? Work closely with operation to ensureshipment fulfillment

Requirements:

? Experience in system engineering andarchitecture for SSD, laptop or PC products.

? Experience or knowledge of storagearchitecture

? Good understand on IC component such asDDR, EEPROM, ASIC especially Flash memory

? Good understand of all aspects of systemtest including test, hardware, mechanical, electrical, system interfaces,firmware and software.

? Good Knowledge of SAS/SATA/PCI-e/USBinterfaces at both device and host level.

? Experience with SSD HW/SW testing atsystem and component levels.

? Experience in systems engineering designand debug; including traceability from the system level to component levels.

? Familiar with environmental stressscreening and testing that includes shock, vibration, and thermal cycling ofSSD and component level.

? Experience with C/C++, Visual Studio andothers.
