We are looking for anaccomplished manager to lead a Software Development team responsible fordeveloping static analysis algorithms for C, C++ and Java standards. You areexpected to drive technical innovation while fostering a productive andcollaborative work environment.

The position requires 3+ years ofmanagement experience in software development, with preference given tocandidates with good understanding of the C/C++ programming language, withexperience in multiple programming languages and experience in the use ofstatic analysis tools.

The candidate should excel increating well-designed, high quality, solutions with low maintenance cost andshould have experience in software development, maintenance and projectmanagement.

Must have strong verbal skills inboth English and Mandarin.

Qualifications: Must Have

·
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields

·
3+ years of management experience in software development

·
Strong verbal and written English

·
Strong verbal Mandarin

·
Good understanding of C and C++

·
Experience with development on UNIX or Windows

Qualifications: Nice to Have

·
Practical experience with static analysis tools

·
Experience with programming language standards such as MISRA

·
Experience in one of following languages: Java, C#, Objective-C,Ruby, Python, OCaml

·
Experience with security
