各位大侠，DRC user guide里面需要waive下面的内容，我应该要修改drc rule还是要创建一个waive file？应该怎么写这个规则呢？谢谢！

“DRC will flag all the violations between L-shape overlapped region and all the big metal lines in Mn_10_1, Mn_10_2, Mn_10_3, Mn_10_4, Mn_10a_1_R, Mn_10a_2_R, Mn_10a_3_R, Mn_10a_4_R. Users can waive those violations which will happen between different metal layers for these rules.”
