职责描述:
对芯片设计团队成员进行培训、指导,提高团队成员的设计能力,完善工作流程;
负责团队成员的绩效管理和激励;
领导芯片设计团队,从事公司下一代SoC产品的开发,包括可穿戴设备芯片、宽带电力线载波通信芯片;
根据公司规划及设计参数要求,带领设计团队,负责SoC芯片的设计和实现;
负责SoC系统架构和系统性能优化,系统低功耗技术研究等工作;
负责SoC芯片顶层集成和验证工作;
协助SoC芯片的测试与生产;
职位要求:
电子工程或通信相关专业,硕士或以上学历;
有八年以上SoC芯片设计、独立流片经验和独立成功大规模量产经验,熟悉包括前后端以及DFT等各环节;
熟悉低功耗设计流程;
熟悉ARM等CPU体系架构和AMBA总线架构;
有五年以上芯片设计的项目管理经验;
良好的沟通和协调能力
