职责描述：
对芯片设计团队成员进行培训、指导，提高团队成员的设计能力，完善工作流程；
负责团队成员的绩效管理和激励；
领导芯片设计团队，从事公司下一代SoC产品的开发，包括可穿戴设备芯片、宽带电力线载波通信芯片；
根据公司规划及设计参数要求，带领设计团队，负责SoC芯片的设计和实现；
负责SoC系统架构和系统性能优化，系统低功耗技术研究等工作；
负责SoC芯片顶层集成和验证工作；
协助SoC芯片的测试与生产；

职位要求：
电子工程或通信相关专业，硕士或以上学历；
有八年以上SoC芯片设计、独立流片经验和独立成功大规模量产经验，熟悉包括前后端以及DFT等各环节；
熟悉低功耗设计流程；
熟悉ARM等CPU体系架构和AMBA总线架构；
有五年以上芯片设计的项目管理经验；
良好的沟通和协调能力
