Cadence IC610 installation Problem

I have tried to install the ic610 on Red Hat Linux (v4.6, 32 Bit, Using VMWare v12). However, when i type in command "lmli", that results in the commands shown below:

7:23:01 (lmgrd) Possible causes:
7:23:01 (lmgrd)    1) The license server manager (lmgrd) is already running for this license. 7:23:01 (lmgrd)    2) The OS has not "cleared" this port since lmgrd died.
7:23:01 (lmgrd)    3) Another process is using this port number (unlikely).
7:23:01 (lmgrd) Solutions:
7:23:01 (lmgrd)    1) Make sure lmgrd and all vendor daemons for this
7:23:01 (lmgrd)       license are not running.
7:23:01 (lmgrd)    2) You may have to wait for the OS to clear this port.
7:23:01 (lmgrd) Retrying for about 5 more minutes

Before that, i have installed IC610 and MMSIM v6.1 successfully.  

My install directory for ic610 is /home/cadence/ic610
My install directory for mmsim61 is /home/cadence/mmsim61
The name of my machine is localhost

you need not  excute daemon like "lmgrd -c license".
You only need to patch like below and CDS_LIC_FILE=license.dat.
