1.招聘职位：Senior Analog IC Design Engineer /资深模拟集成电路设计工程师
职位描述：        
(1). Perform circuit design, analysis and simulation/verification to meetproduct specifications and application requirements.
(2). Work with project leaders to complete the project accurately and timelyfrom product definition throughout mass production.
(3). Support project leaders to interface and coordinate with other departmentsrelated to IC development.
(4). Provide necessary technical support to layout designers.
(5). Participate in product evaluation work.
(6). Continuously acquire advanced technical skills and design methodology
职位要求：        
(1). BS or above in Microelectronics-related fields.
(2). MS or Ph.D with at least 5 years and BS with at least 7 years of IC designexperience.
(3). Knowledge with IC design, Semiconductor physics.

职位要求：
（1）.电气电子类本科或以上学位，5年以上工作经验，电力电子专业优先.

Responsibilities:
1). Work with DE to complete layout floor planning.
2). Work with DE to realize efficient, compact and reliable layout of ICdesigns,   free of DRC and LVS errors and on schedule.
3). Support DE to solve potential failure mode analysis such as ESD, Latch up,noise.
4). Follow layout checklist and requirements defined in development procedurefor   layout design quality.  

Requirements:
1). At least 5 years experience in IC layout design;
2). Bachelor degree in electronics engineering;
3). Good at Bipolar/CMOS/DMOS technology and relevant devices;
4). Familiar with analog circuit.
5). Mastering the EDA tools such as Cadence Dracula;
6). Good commands of English.
