Wireless Project Manager:

Position Overview:

Work very closely with design team andmarketing team for project management and schedule control. Theindividual must have the ability to translate marketing technical requirementsand specifications to internal design team and the sense of responsibility tofollow through to ensure complete closure.

Responsibilities:

(1) Making sure theproduct definition meets marketing spec by working with marketing team as wellas engineering team.

(2) Project schedulecontrol, searching for & secure resources to support the project scope& target schedule.

(3) Team coordination andrisk mitigation plans.

(4) Working with NPI(NewProduct Introduction), packaging & PE for production related issues.

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal, written communicationskills required.

2. Background of design engineering.

3. Understand of RF&Analog and ASICdesign flow.

4. Good capability of team work andcoordination.

5. Ability to follow through on any openissues or new development with marketing team.

6. BSEE/CS with 5+year of experience, MSEEor MBA prefer
