岗位职责：
1.独立或带队完成版图相关工作；
2.负责calibre command file及各类脚本相关的培训事务；

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，电子相关专业；具有8年以上IC模拟版图行业相关经验；
2.精通calibre command file语句及相关细节，具备6年以上编写calibre command file的经历，其中至少２年40nm或以下工艺的calibre command file编改经历；
3.至少精通SVRF、skill等语言中的一种，熟练编写各类脚本以提高版图相关工作效率；
4.熟悉模拟版图设计及不同工艺间版图移植流程；熟悉DRC，LVS，LPE等检查流程及技巧；
5.对半导体器件原理及基础电路结构原理有一定了解；熟悉ESD、Latchup、attenna等注意事项及原理；
6.有丰富的数模混合电路及高压电路的版图设计经验；熟悉CMOS等典型工艺；熟深亚微米工艺；
7.工作积极主动，有高度的责任感，并具有良好的团队合作及沟通能力。
