·Engage in day-to-day activities involving troubleshooting circuits,board level circuit design, bench testing, writing technical documentation, anddeveloping design tools for customers.  Technical documentation includesbut is not limited to schematics, evaluation guides, application softwareguides, and application notes.

·Closely collaborate with regional FAE teams and field salesteams with applications information related to the entire product line.

·Develop training materials for FAE teams and field sales teams.

·Product presentations will be prepared and presented to internalmanagement and external customers.  

·Instruct vendors in building hardware, selecting components andassembling certain test set-ups.

·Generate product promotion initiatives for existing and newdeveloped products and drive DIN’s

·Effective communication and explanation of technical material topeers and different members outside of his/her group (described above)

·Travel (approximately 35% of the time, both domestic andinternational)

Skills and Experience Required

·BSEE/ MSEE and 3+ Years of Experience

·In-depth knowledge of power switch and analog switch productfamilies with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·Strong track record of solving customer application issues andsecure design ins.

·Must have extensive experience in working in labs using digitalscopes, digital multi-meters, power supplies, curve tracers, programmableloads, current sensors,…

·Design skills to design evaluation boards, using advanced CADtools with strong experience on optimum component placement, PCB routing and anin-depth understanding of the parasitics of PCBs and passive components.

·Software skills:  Microsoft Office Suite of Applications(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a CAD package for schematic and layouts.
